Acknowledgments live in your browser. This archive is not an account system. Other properties may differ — read them.
Incorporates Primary Network Disclaimer.
01 — This archive
The disclaimer archive is a reading and acknowledgment surface. It does not require an account. The name you type on a form is used to title a local receipt. It is not verified identity.
Receipts are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can reprint them on this device. Clearing site data clears them. They are not a network-wide credit file.
02 — What we try not to collect
Do not paste health histories, government ID numbers, payment card data, or passwords into a disclaimer form. The form does not need them.
Server logs on whichever host serves this archive may record ordinary request metadata (time, path, coarse location at the network level). That is infrastructure, not a marketing dossier we sell.
03 — Other properties, other rules
Patreon, socials, and payment tools are not this archive. Their privacy policies apply the moment you continue outward. Glåüm, radio, and Cyber-Athens may collect what they need to operate — each on their own pages.
If you are in Canada, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including British Columbia’s PIPA and federal PIPEDA where it applies. Ask the specific property that holds your data, not a form that never received it.
04 — Embeds and other sites
Other sites on the network may pull these texts as JSON or embed an acknowledgment form. An embed still runs in a browser. A parent page may learn that you acknowledged. That is the point of a gate — not hidden tracking for advertisers.
