Independent internet radio. Opinions are the hosts’. Music and speech may be loud, live, and unedited. This is not a warning siren.

01 — What you are turning on
Radio on this network is independently operated internet audio. It is not a licensed public broadcaster, not a newsroom of record, and not a replacement for weather, civil-defence, or emergency alerts in your area.
This sits on top of the covering note for Terra Infinity. Where the two speak to the same subject, the stricter reading applies.
02 — Ears, rooms, and volume
Live and recorded audio can spike. Watch your gain. Do not put the stream on a public PA you do not control. If children, coworkers, or anyone who did not choose this door can hear it, that is on you.
Content may include strong language, adult themes, improvisation, and guests who are not speaking for the network.
03 — Music, speech, and rights
Recorded music and third-party audio remain the property of their rightsholders. A stream is a performance in a moment, not a download licence, not a sample pack, and not permission to rebroadcast.
Hosts speak for themselves. Callers and chat, where they exist, speak for themselves.
